How is the house laid out?
The first floor has the bathroom and the parking space. The second floor has the living room with a sofa bed and two single mattresses — flexible space for extra guests or children — plus the full kitchen, dining room and a toilet. The third floor has two bedrooms with four double beds in total and a second toilet. Every room has its own air conditioning with heating and cooling.
How do you get to central Tokyo and the airports?
The Keihin-Tōhoku Line runs direct, with no transfers, to Ueno, Akihabara and Tokyo Station, and most of Tokyo's key attractions are under about 30 minutes away. For Narita Airport, change once at Nippori to the Keisei Skyliner — about 45 minutes in total. Haneda Airport is about 46 minutes via Hamamatsuchō. Private airport transfers and day-trip charters can also be arranged at flat per-vehicle rates.
What is the kitchen and laundry setup?
The kitchen has a gas cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and rice cooker, with cookware, dishes, cups and cutlery, and a dining table with chairs. There is a washing machine with detergent and softener, a hairdryer, an iron, towels and basic toiletries, and fast home Wi-Fi rather than a pocket router.
What should you know before booking?
The whole home is exclusively yours and is professionally cleaned before and after each stay; nobody enters during your stay without permission. Luggage can be dropped off from noon on arrival day, but there is no storage after check-out. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible on request. Parties and events are not allowed. Check-in is after 5 p.m. with a smart lock; check-out is before 11 a.m.
What do you need before check-in?
Japanese law regulating private lodging requires us to record every guest's name, gender, age, occupation, nationality, contact details and home address, along with passport details, so we ask each guest — including children — to provide these after booking. The exact location and check-in details are sent once the booking is confirmed.
